This tool has a finder tool, which you can use to select any element in IE based webbrowser, to enumerate available attributes, show element inner text and the html code. You can also copy the result to clipboard.

I've added support for first level frames, and fixed non-standard combobox detection (child window). Boolean attributes are displayed as true/false instead 65535/0.
