Update Create Date/Time for those with dates > current date

Here is the program I was working to fix the files that have dates > current date in the Creation field.  It seems that when copying those files windows complains.  This will stop the prompt from happening.

Hopefully someone other than me can use this program.  Read the comments in the source to get it to work properly from Windows Powershell.
