Windows Strangeness

I don't know if this has happened to any one else. But it seems that when I create a program with UPDATE as the first part of the name, Windows prompts me about User Account Control and wanting to do some kind of system update. The funny thing is this program does no file manipulation, it is accessing ODBC and doing Database stuff on a machine in another city.  This has happened to another program I wrote, so I just changed the name.  But this one is some thing that I will only be running a couple of times, so did not want to go thru the trouble of renaming.  I run Windows 10 Pro 64.  So, just wondering if this has happened to any one else.
