Yesterday I finalized the agreement to purchase Aurora.
Now it is officially an IW Product.
Keep posted for updates.

I know that patience is a virtue... ;)
Any news about Aurora?

With Larry's normal job, plus trying to get IWBasic 2.0 released and considering he just bought Aurora do you really think he has had time to even see what he has bought let alone try to compile it yet.

I wouldn't even dream of asking him about it at all for several months. ;)

That's my opinion, anyway.

You, as many others, are spoiled to the previous owner who had no job and wrote code 12-14-16-18 hours a day trying to get something to sell to support his family. There was a lot of pressure to raise money.
It was what it was; a man caught in an unfortunate situation trying to survive.
Fortunately he appears to be in a situation now that is a big improvement.

Larry doesn't have those same problems and pressures to deal with.
He has an excellent full time job and he isn't writing code to try to survive. It's a hobby.

So you, like all of us, WILL have to learn patience. :) :)

Hang in there with us.

As in the past, when he knows somehing, we will know something.

I am really busy with audits at work ( I am the SA/Acct Mgr for over 2000 systems for a Mutual Fund Company).
I have not yet received the final agreement and code for Aurora.
It should be in my hands in the next week or so.
The first thing I do will be to re-produce the last version and put it up
the way I did Ebasic. After that I will see what can be done to build
the first IW release of Aurora - most likely that will not happen till V2
IWBasic is out.
