Cheetah database

I have made an include file so that the freeware database Cheetah by Paul Squires can be used from Aurora.

It is not optimized in any way but it works for me.
Please let me know if there is something that needs to be fixed.

Included is the dll, include and three simple demos.

Thanks for creating the wrappers. Would you mind if I post it to my site?

Also, Cheetah was just updated to v2.23 and posted to my site. It fixes a couple of minor bugs.

I wish that I had time to re-write Cheetah and implement more features. Sadly, time is always in short supply.
