License Manager

I need to limit the number of simultaneous users for a commercial application I wrote.  It's being marketed by a company that wants a standalone version keyed to a hardware ID, plus a separate, networkable "floating license" version.

I've been able to use EXECryptor to handle the standalone app, but the networked thing is something I don't have any experience with (yet).

Does anybody know of a commercial license manager that can be used with Emergence?  If not, any suggestions for further research?
