Example of Updating Multiple Tables

With many thanks to Brian Pugh, Larry Sikes, Graham (GWS), and Paul Turley for their help on this program.  I decided to pass it along so maybe some one else can use it as an example.

If anyone has any suggestions for improvements, please pass it along to me.  This is my first trial at writing a Data Base program and I am a novice at Windows screens.  So, I will appreciate suggestions for improvements.
