The exe file I create upsets my firewall and says it's trying to communicate with aurora/bin/adev.exe.

How about a code snippit?

Adev is the IDE and it runs your program.

Maybe the debugger is trying to make your program communicate with it. Does it work fine in non-debug mode?

Another question would be what firewall are you using?

I realized that it is the IDE so I told the firewall (ZoneAlarm) that it was OK.

I wouldn't know what part of the program to provide. It just started happening (now it doesn't since I said OK).
