help making this work in Aurora, mp3 play

I found this article, it seems forward enough, I just don't know enough about directives or calls to figure it out. Hope someone can help getting it to work in Aurora

Use MCI if you want to play MP3's.

Your won't have much luck converting C#.NET code to anything else but C# .
