xp button with bitmap

Hi...
I never see on forum that anyone add example how create
xp style (or theme-ed ) button with bitmap.
How do this...?

PS : If you can't compile the project,
just recreate it and make sure that the "main_project.rc" file has the same name as your ".exe" before compiling it or the ".exe" generated will crash!
