Looking for .INC files

I just was wondering where to find these .INC files:

$include "shlwapi.inc"
$include "shlobj.inc"
$include "stdio.inc"
$include "stierr.inc"
$include "windows.inc"
$include "tchar.inc"
$include "stdio.inc"

Sapero's Windows include files.  Although there is a windows.inc that comes with Emergence it probably isn't what you are looking for.
