Common Control & Function Pak

Hi,

Could anyone supply me with Steve Boothman's Common Control & Function Pak files? I don't want the setup exe, just a zip of the files needed, ie, .inc, .lib and .chm. I think that's all it requires. Just can't get it running properly, as there are a few control paks
