Hi,

Here are my code tools, including the advanced find & replace now up and running.

These are designed to make your coding life much easier!

What's here?

All programs run as stand alone.
A new convenient main menu comes with this.

An advanced Find & Replace program.
An advanced Copy & Rename program.
An advanced Remove code program.
Convert your code to Upper or Lower case.

Easily create a window & handler in one click.
Easily create a dialog & handler in one click.
You can add your own tools to the code tools main menu.

I have attached two copies, source only & run time only.

If you want to compile your own exe, compile them all as single files (F8) option.

How to install:

1. Create a folder.
2. Unzip the files to it.
3. Compile all .iwb files first (don't run yet) - all programs are in the "Bin" folder.
(You will get some unreferenced Sub warnings - just ignore them).

4. Run CodeTools.exe

5. You will be asked if you use IWBasic, Emergence Basic, or Creative Basic.
6. Select your IW type.
7. Click "OK"
8. Wait a second or two for the main menu to appear.

Steps 5 to 8 are only seen on the first time run.

The menu should be self explanatory.

You can add individual programs to your editor's "Tools" option, or the main menu for convenience.

A lot of work has gone into this...

It's just a case now of you deciding to download and using them - they will make your life so much easier - trust me!

Attached are the files and included in them are three screen shots on how to use the Find & Replace, just to get you started.

Andy.
