French Character 'Toolbar' for entering accented characters

A simple program but I find it useful when word processing with an English keyboard and needing to type in French.  All it does is copy the selected key/button into the clipboard so you can paste it into your editor with 'Ctrl V'.  Rather less cumbersome than using 'Insert Symbol' and then finding correct one in Word!
