Simple To Do Program

Here is a very simple 'To Do' program.  It uses just TWO lists, a shopping list and a 'tasks' list, with up to 19 items in each.  I wanted something easy and quick to use, without any frills, so this has buttons and a menu to save/update files, and checkboxes to mark when something is done.  
It seems to work ok, but please let me know if you experience any bugs with it, or if you can suggest any improvements.

One problem with the code is that I can't use the Addaccelerator keys with the menu because as soon as I include the code, every character typed in the edit boxes appears three times!  Can't find any reason for this!
