missing make executable button

im new to ebasic but this is just getting into my nerves. the make executable button is disabled. all the time. i open any file, it is always disabled. i cant make an executable, what am i suppose to do?

whenever i try to compile it it says that i have "No input files specified"

First.  Read the users guide. Specifically the differences between a single file compile and using projects.

Second.  Make sure you don't have an empty project open.  Go to the file menu and choose "Close Project". An empty project, with 0 source files added to the project, would give the error mentioned.

Third. If all else fails then re-download and reinstall.
