Title: French Character 'Toolbar' for entering accented characters

A simple program but I find it useful when word processing with an English keyboard and needing to type in French.  All it does is copy the selected key/button into the clipboard so you can paste it into your editor with 'Ctrl V'.  Rather less cumbersome than using 'Insert Symbol' and then finding correct one in Word!

Hi Michael!
I may be wrong but just in case i may not, your french is quite spanish like ain't it ?  ;D
