Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I updated a project file by adding about six new lines. Compiled and tested OK,
and then noticed the datestamp had not been written to the new exe

Just done the same now (added a few lines, re-compiled) and the same thing has happened again

Don't know what's happening - aargh!

I'm using IWB 2.09 for this project - not the new IDE

Brian

Just wondering: I am on Windows 7 64-bit. Seeing as IWB is 32-bit, would this make a difference
to the time and date stamps not being written?

Egil

How the file date/time stamp is shown depends on how you have set  up Windows Explorer.
You can choose between "Date created" and "Date last changed". You can even choose to show both.

I do not think IWB has anything to do with your problem.

Good luck!

Ah ha - I added the "Date Modified" column, and everything is now Hunky Dory!

Thank you very much,
