Is there a printed user guide?

There's a pdf version of the help files that comes with EB that you could print out.

You might also PM Paul and see if he has any of the retail packages left which came with a printed manual.

Is the content of the Printed User Manual same as the PDF version?

If not. what the are major differences between the two?

The pdf is the basis of the printed manual on LuLu if that is what you are asking.

The difference is it's a perfect bound manual, 655 pages, that you don't need to print yourself ;)
