You are allowed to distribute executables compiled with Creative Basic royalty free. You are not allowed to distribute Creative Basic (version 1.10 and above) without prior written consent from IonicWind Software or to remove any copyright notices in the software or documentation. The software is provided as-is without any guarantees of fitness of purpose. Support of the software is provided by the community forums.
