GDI Viewer

Hi,

We've known for some time that IWB can load PNG images, but I didn't realise that it can also handle BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, WMF and EMF images

So I cobbled together code from various contributors to make this simple GDI Viewer. There's all you need in the folder, with compiled exe, and samples of all the various image types

If an image is too large for your window size, it reduces it to fit. If an image fits the window, it centres the image in the window

Interesting. Thank you. Runs nicely on XP.

Freeware Ebasic only does bitmaps. Nice to know IWB supports more formats. I need to invest into IWB. I plan to purchase it as soon as I can afford it.

Very nice.  I didn't know EB would open so many formats.  Will be a great addition to what EB can do.
