SETSCROLLRANGE observation

Thought this is something you all need to be aware of.

Why some of you good people out there have not been able to scroll your code in my editor.

It's my fault of course, but this is the reason:

You MUST make sure you set the minimum scroll value to something!

Please see the attached screen shot to see what can happen if you don't

I fixed my problem by setting the minimum value to zero.
