UK flag

Hello,

I noticed among my files someone had written code to create a US flag

So I thought (for something to do) that I would do the same for the UK flag. This program also includes code to save the window as a bitmap, which the US flag didn't have

Run the program - flag shows in centre of screen
Any key or left mouse click closes the window
Right mouse click brings up a Save Bitmap dialog

Saves on my PC as a 32-bit bitmap
