I need help trying to purchase IWBasic

I attempted to purchase on-line IWBasic on December 2.  I paid thru PayPal.  I got a confirmation e-mail from them stating that they sent the money to larry sykes on the same day.  Since then and thru today, I have not heard from anybody about how to get the software.  I've sent several e-mails to Larry at larry@rockridgefarm.com but have not received a reply.

Can anyone help me?

I erased my previous response from yesterday when I realized it was incomplete and didn't address your problem at all.  Must have had a senior moment.  Sorry about that.

I use to know what to tell you to be able to log in the first time to your Customer account but it has been so long since I have had to tell anyone I have forgotten.

Your customer record was created - you should have gotten an email - in case not I re-sent it.
