New Game - Dots

I have seen this game and played it with my grandkids.  It is a two player game and keeps track of who picked what and who won the square.  It is big enough to be challenging, but does not require a phd, since it is a kids game.

PS, I am working on an UNDO for the last action, but not if you won a square.
