New control in development

implemented a new ratio calculation

The size of the control in the four attached screen shots is 600 wide by 300 high
I also turned on the border and set the background color(so you can see it

Img #1 is a png that is 501 x 154  and ratio is turned off.  You see that image is made to fill the control
If you look close you can see that it is distorted

Img #2 is the same image as #1 but ratio is turned on - the image fits in the control and is not distorted
It is made as large as it can be without distorting

Img #3 is a jpg that is 240 x 300  and ratio is turned off.  You see that image is made to fill the control
It is easy to see that it is distorted

Img #4 is the same image as #3 but ratio is turned on - the image fits in the control and is not distorted
It is made as large as it can be without distorting
