I'll have that fixed for Rev 5 where it will choose an inverse color of the background.  Thanks for noticing it

Just tried it and it works well.  No matter what you change the text and background colors to the selection will be quite visible.

Some rows in Tutorial Part 1. seem to be miswrited.
In "User defined variable types" section:

FLOATRECT *pRect = NEW(FLOATRECT,1);
flRect->left = 100.0;
flRect->top = 50.5;
flRect->width = 25.5;
flRect->height = 25.5;

instead of "flRect", - "pRect" would be needed. Check it please!ÂÃ,  ÂÃ,
