Shows the project window
it will have a tab for two panes
1 tab will have a list of all the source files in a project
the other tab will have a list of all subroutines in a project

The VIEW menu allows it to be shown/hidden

shows the output window which will contain the info listed on the tabs
the user can move it to top/bottom.
View menu will hide/show it.
didn't menu before- notice the main toolbar
next to the last button is a todo list and to the left of that is the FindinFiles button
FIF will work the way it does in IWB+; hold results of multiple finds, etc.
