TCP/IP and UDP connections with CB?

A couple of years ago I got the old Pyxia archives from Paul. But never actually searched the archive till this morning. Amongst the tons of old, but usefull, information found was also an old thread about a IB-std wrapper for a dll called mesock32.dll.
Them rather old URL was still good.  It is still possible to download the DLL and examples for IB-std:   http://people.oregonstate.edu/~reeset/html/other/socket.html

I wonder if any CB users ever tried this DLL?
