Rename EBA to IWB

Here is a little program to rename all EBA's to IWB.

Was written in IWB, but Attachment of IWB not allowed, only EBA.  Maybe this needs to be fixed.

Thanks, Larry.

One slight strange thing about the program.  Under Windows XP, it renames the file.  Under Windows 7, it creates another copy with the extension of IWB, but keeps the EBA also.  Maybe RENAME does not work the way I think it does?
