emailing a list of friends

While I am converting my program to CB . I wondered how difficult it would be to send and XHTML document to a list of friends. I would make the Xhtml document on my web page maker. I would like to be able to open the file list and simply send it to the List.  I don't know how complicated this code would be . If anyone with more experience has some suggestions , I would love to hear from you. I thought this my be nice add on feature to my program.
