Lost my Toolbar in EBasic

My HP printer got upset with my system and I had to reboot, when I started EBasic all buttons in my toolbar was gone, its just empty space there. any hints on how I can get it back.

It's probably docked to the left.  You could A. Reinstall, B. Delete the registry keys.  Your choice.
