Memory Monitor

Looking for a memory monitor, similiar to the memory monitor in the examples, that will look at only the memory allocated by a single application.

The example monitor doesn't help me because of the other applications running in the background that are constantly using and releasing memory; so it's always in a state of flux.

and Task Manager rounds to the nearest K.
