To-Do Main Toolbar button activated and code in place.
General purpose notepad for keeping notes - not project specific

Project / Project 'To-Do' List menu option activated and code in place.
Each project has a project specific notepad type file associated with it.

Output Window / Resources tab support code in place.
User can add/edit/delete resources associated with the current project.
In addition to types supported by the current IDE the following have been added:
MENUEX, DIALOG, DIALOGEX, and STRINGTABLE

Added FOLD/UNFOLD ALL functionality to code editor windows.
Added button to right end of Code Editor windows toolbar.
Clicking the button will toggle between collapsing all the code in the active window or expanding all the code in the active window.

FIXED -If last opened project was an .ebp (Ebasic) it would not open the next time the IDE was started if the option to do so was selected.
