Just wondering: Did you right-click on the installation exe, and then "Run as Administrator"? Might make a difference. Obviously, I had nothing to do with the production of the installation program

Thanks Again, I have tried the "Run As Aministrator" Approach
I keep getting .. Source File is Corrupt Error Msg.

Maybe re-download the installation file again? I have never had any problems with installation

I found the Solution !
Currently I am using the "Internet Download Manager -IDM-"
SO .. Downloading IWBasic Installing Corrupts the File.
When I suspended IDM then downloaded, the File is not
Corrupt and IT Works..
