Hello,

I have purchased IWB yesterday and received a login to http://ionicwind.com/customers with an initial password. Unfortunately I am unable to access this site as the credentials are not working with my e-mail address.

The URL works but I am unable to login using my e-mail address and initial password I was sent after purchase.

Hi Kirk,

LarryMc is the person who usually helps out on this.

You can send him a personal message with your details etc if you are still having problems.

Click on "My Messages" at the top of this site, click "New" then type in LarryMc.

You can then send him the details.

Thank you I am currently in contact with LarryMc regarding the issue now. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
