Thanks for your reply. I went to the Customer Access page and it said if you don't have an account (which I don't because I did not get any reply from IonicWind after paying for the product), I clicked on the button to request access. It took me to a another page which said "Under construction".
What's the next step?
Email was resent - did you not get it?
