Hi,
Just thought I'd show you this little example.
It is a problem knowing what OS a user is running (32 / 64 bit) as this determines where (and how) the Program Files files folder location is / named.
This is important if you want a setup program to install in the correct place, or if you want to search through the program files folder for some other reason.
It just used to be C:\Program Files, then with vista there was also C:\Program Files (x64), and with windows seven onwards, C:\Program Files (x86).
So this little program will show you where these details are stored in the registry.
Andy.
