Title: Have any changes been made to the install version cb1.00

I have been having some administrative issues. I was just wondering.

Larry, I have installed cb under my account when I try to use it under another account it will not run. It says that it does not have administrative permission. I have gone to the administrative section for the program and given it administrative permission. It still will not run under the other use window. I will try a reinstall.
