Title: Stupid Question
Post by: Duffer on July 08, 2009, 12:57:17 AM
I have a feeling the answer to this is "no", but is there any way I can make CB produce a DLL?

I would like to wrap some of the 3D commands in CB into a DLL so I can use it with EB?

No.

And it wouldn't do you much good as it uses DX7 retained mode, which isn't supported on Vista and Windows 7 unless you also provide the rm rendering DLL from the SDK.

CB's 3D actually runs on my target systems.  The crappy intel video chips they throw in netbooks handle OpenGL fine, but seem to choke on anything over DX7.  Vista and 7 aren't a concern for me as XP is the last version of Windows I will support.
