Hey folks, I finally got around to finishing this up...

I robbed the Command Dictionary portion of a former guide that someone else worked on, converting it into a standalone PDF file, adding a usable T.O.C and cross-referenced links where applicable. The whole thing has been reformatted so that it's suitable for browsing on the PC or for printing.

Even after adding the 10 pages for the T.O.C. I still managed to whittle the page count down from 288 to 240 and made it more print friendly.
