It looks like Visual Designer has the same problem as the Snippet Manager. Also, it seems I have an older version (1.03).

The difference is that the Visual Designer was an effort on my part to give people at least something for what they had been promised when Turley took the money and bailed. I did it because I felt bad for everyone and not because of any obligation on my part to do it whatsoever. I also did it to see if I could do it.
That program has long since been abandoned and no future revisions will be made to it.
It has long since been replaced by IWB+
I think I have that too. Will try and install it.
