I purchased IWBasic For Beginners and I wanted to print it out so that I could read it while I am away from my computer. I see that under the 'File' menu there is a menu item called 'Print Setup' and this works fine as it should however, the menu item called 'Print' is greyed out.  Anyone know why the 'Print Setup' is acitive and the actual 'Print' is inactive?  

Any suggestions as to how to get a printed version of this eBook?

Screen print, copy to Microsoft Paint, then print.  :D

Thanks Peaslee but as soon as I press the PinrtSceen key I get a dialog box that says:

"The e-Book author has chosen not to allow copying. Sorry, the PrintScreen function and copying bitmaps via the clipboard are not allowed."

Thanks Larry S.  Even if you could email me a PDF version or place a PDF version in my account for download that would be great.

I had all this stuff on an older XP computer - have not gone to the attic to get it yet.
It is on my 2 do list right after the honey-do section. Will make sure I pull it down this week.
Sorry for the delay - just very tied up this time of the year - springtime here at the farm.
