The current IDE has a Dialog Editor. IWB+ is an extension of the current Dialog Editor. There is a new IDE under development.
Will there be any changes to the current Dialog Editor in the new IDE (e.g. IWB+ will be incorporated into the new IDE)? If so, what are they?
IWB+ is a 3rd party add-on for IWBasic. It is considerably more than an extension of the current Dialog Editor.
The scope of work for the new IDE does not include the merging of IWB+ into the IDE.
The new IDE will contain a Form editor that will replace the current Dialog Editor.
The new form editor will accommodate windows and MDI frames, as well as dialogs.
Also, the cryptic style flag numbers are being replaced with the proper IWBasic constants.
Otherwise, they will function pretty much the same.
