How can I set solid UDP port for listen/receive data ?

Paja,

Don't know if this is what you want, but it monitors UDP ports. It was written for IB Pro,
but runs OK in EB, even though it throws 3 errors, but these can be easily fixed

I have no idea who first wrote it, but I suspect Sapero
