Print Page - Taskbar question

I was just wondering if it was possible to open a window and keep it from showing on the taskbar. I am wanting to open a main window and a control setting window. I do not want the control setting window showing up on the taskbar.

Check out the @TOOLWINDOW style in the users guide.
