Is there a printed user guide?
There's a pdf version of the help files that comes with EB that you could print out.
You might also PM Paul and see if he has any of the retail packages left which came with a printed manual.

The pdf is the basis of the printed manual on LuLu if that is what you are asking.
The difference is it's a perfect bound manual, 655 pages, that you don't need to print yourself ;)
