Title: Is there a PDF version of the User's Guide?

I am one of those who prefer to read a manual away from the screen and perhaps offline (I have to pay for time on the web). So I am wondering if tehre is a PDF or printable version of the User's Guide for Emergence BASIC? (If this has been asked before I apologise - I did do a search before asking this question).
