MPLEXER is a small Utility Project Heather and I use to process our High Definition TV which we record on our computer. Our Mplexer program is a front end for the mplex1.exe DOS program and makes it easier to use from Windows. Mplexer runs the Mplex1.exe DOS program which does the actual multiplexing of the video and sound files.
We have used the RGNFROMBITMAP for the Main Window and for the Buttons in Mplexer. There is an info.html in the attached zip file with details of the programs we use for Video Editing.
The source code is commented so hope it may be of use to users.
