Use at your own risk.

Open EBASIC (must be version 1.596 or better, this was tested on 1.596)
Click File, Open, Browse to the folder where you decrompressed these files, double click on Newton.eba

Now, you have to create the import library before trying to run this.
Click Tools, Create Import Library, once again, browse to the folder where you decompressed the files and click on Newton.dll then click Open, this will create the needed import library.

Now build as a console application.
When you run it, all you will see is information about the newton world getting generated, then a sphere getting created in that world, nothing visual to see other than text.

Hit any key to activate the basic test.
Hit a key again to stop the process.
Finally, hit any key to close the application.
